Motivating Today's Team


This course will introduce managers and leaders (by title or function) to the concepts of team development, including the components of a Team Charter and the identification of each team member’s internal and external motivators so that a customized approach to coaching, goal setting and recognition can be developed. NOTE: This session can be delivered on site for your organization.
